Job Summary

The Social Worker is accountable for planning, organizing and implementing social work services to residents, patients and their families; assuring that the medically related emotional and social needs are addressed.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited program is required.

 Certification/Licensure/Registration

• MN Social Work license required upon hire

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

• $25.00 - $37.75 per hour
