Assistant City Engineer or Civil Engineer

The City of Marshall is seeking to hire an experienced engineering professional for either the Assistant City Engineer or Civil Engineer position. This is a full-time, benefit eligible, exempt position located at City Hall in Marshall, MN. The successful candidate may be hired as either an Assistant City Engineer or Civil Engineer based on prior experience and technical certifications.

Compensation and Benefits Package:
Civil Engineer salary range: $80,558.40 - $107,182.40
Assistant City Engineer salary range: $94,286.40 - $125,403.20
The job title and compensation at hire will be based upon the successful candidate's qualifications and experience.

The City offers a competitive pay and benefits package to include: paid leave time (vacation, sick, holidays, etc.), health, dental, and vision insurances, VEBA/HSA accounts with an Employer contribution, Employer paid Life and LTD insurances, a health care savings program, an Employee Assistance Program, deferred compensation options, and a public employee retirement pension plan (PERA).
