Direct Care Staff Part Time
Direct Care Staff are responsible for the engagement, supervision, and guidance of teens at Hope Harbor with particular emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Our Marshall, MN location serves girls ages 12-17 and houses up to six teens at a time. Shifts available may include 2:30 pm-11:30 pm M-F, 11:30 pm-8:30 am awake overnights on weekdays, 8 am-4 pm or 4 pm-12 pm weekends, and 12 am-8 am awake overnights weekends. Part time is under
