Part-Time Marketing Specialist

Leading Edge Credit Union, a growing financial institution in Southwest Minnesota, is looking for a creative and personable Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our team!

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, connecting with people, and bringing ideas to life. The Marketing Specialist will help develop and distribute marketing content across digital and print channels, support promotional campaigns, assist with in-branch marketing materials, and help strengthen our connection with members and the communities we serve.

We’re looking for someone who is creative, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and an interest in social media and content creation are important for this role. Previous marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Position Details:

• Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work anytime between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Location is flexible among our Southwest Minnesota branch locations
• Competitive compensation based on experience
