Mentorship Match Making – Taking the Awkwardness Out of Mentorship

Explore formal and informal mentorship through qualitative research examples and personal experiences.
Discover who the formal and informal mentors may be in your organization.
Understand how mentorship may transform your experience, no matter the position or pay scale.
How does the mentorship process begin? What are the expectations and benefits for all involved?
The session will bridge nearly 30 years of mentorship experiences with two exciting mentorship initiatives at SMSU.
Whether you wish to be a mentor, find a mentor, or simply understand mentorship further, please join us!

Dr. Stacy Frost, Ed.D

Stacy and her husband, Neil, met at SMSU. Following graduation, they lived in Lakeville, MN, for 12 years.
In 2005, Stacy returned to SMSU to serve as the Director of Annual Giving, and later, Director of Development.  She is currently the Senior Director of Alumni Relations and Outreach.
Stacy earned a master's degree in Leadership from Augsburg University, Minneapolis, MN, in 1999 and a doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration from St. Cloud University, St. Cloud MN, in 2022

Stacy and Neil have two children: Landon, a freshman at Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN, and Salem, a freshman at Marshall High School.

We hope to see you there!
