DESCRIPTION:Join the Marshall Area Chamber Women's Connect group\n\nThursday\, January 12th 12-1pm \n\n-----------------------\nMentorship Match Making   Taking the Awkwardness Out of Mentorship\n\nExplore formal and informal mentorship through qualitative research examples and personal experiences. \n\nDiscover who the formal and informal mentors may be in your organization.\n\nUnderstand how mentorship may transform your experience\, no matter the position or pay scale.  \n\nHow does the mentorship process begin? What are the expectations and benefits for all involved? \n\nThe session will bridge nearly 30 years of mentorship experiences with two exciting mentorship initiatives at SMSU.\n\nWhether you wish to be a mentor\, find a mentor\, or simply understand mentorship further\, please join us!\n\n\n\nDr. Stacy Frost\, Ed.D\n\nStacy and her husband\, Neil\, met at SMSU. Following graduation\, they lived in Lakeville\, MN\, for 12 years. \n\nIn 2005\, Stacy returned to SMSU to serve as the Director of Annual Giving\, and later\, Director of Development.  She is currently the Senior Director of Alumni Relations and Outreach.\n\nStacy earned a master's degree in Leadership from Augsburg University\, Minneapolis\, MN\, in 1999 and a doctorate degree in Higher Education Administration from St. Cloud University\, St. Cloud MN\, in 2022\n\n Stacy and Neil have two children: Landon\, a freshman at Gustavus Adolphus College\, St. Peter\, MN\, and Salem\, a freshman at Marshall High School. \n\n\n\nWe hope to see you there!\n \n\nThank you to our 2022-2023 Women's Connect Sponsors\n\nHoffman & Brobst\,  and Southwest Initiative Foundation
