Under Linda’s leadership, the firm will introduce thoughtful enhancements while preserving the trusted traditions clients value. Linda brings more than 30 years of public and private accounting experience, serving start-ups and middle-market organizations in construction, real estate, agriculture, professional services, and retail. Her background includes strategic leadership, financial reporting, and serving as a CFO, leading accounting teams that support clients in focusing on and growing their businesses.

Hayley Fruin
Hayley Fruin is a respected banking professional with deep roots in the Marshall, Minnesota area and a strong reputation for relationship-driven service. She previously served at Old National Bank, where she was well known for her work in mortgage lending and her commitment to helping individuals and families achieve homeownership. Hayley has since joined First Independent Bank as Vice President and Mortgage Lender, where she continues to serve the local community with expertise, integrity, and personalized guidance. Beyond banking, Hayley is widely recognized for her leadership and mentorship as a coach, most notably with women’s basketball at Minneota.

Natalie McHugh
Natalie graduated from Augustana College (now Augustana University) and began her career at Eide Bailly in Sioux Falls before relocating to Marshall. She is currently an Accounting Manager with Dana F. Cole & Company, where she has been a valued team member for more than 17 years. Natalie brings extensive experience helping individuals navigate ever-changing tax laws through year-end tax planning and the preparation of a wide variety of tax returns. Her expertise also includes payroll, sales tax, and bookkeeping services. In addition, she works closely with nonprofits, small businesses, and government entities to meet annual requirements, including audits, reviews, and compilations. Natalie enjoys tackling complex financial challenges and is always eager to help clients find solutions with confidence.
