David Schelkoph
Marshall Municipal Utilities - General Manager
Schelkoph most recently served as city administrator and utility manager for Valley City, from 2012 until January 2020. Besides his work in Valley City, Schelkoph has 26 years' experience in the electric utility field, and has an electronic engineering degree from NDSU, MMU said. Schelkoph also served in the Air Force and the Air Guard.
