Mentoring Relationship
Please join us on August 18th to hear from SMSU Director of Development, Stacy Frost, to explore the expectations and benefits of mentorship, as mentor and mentee. Mentor experience themes: give back, build relationships and grow together. Mentee experience themes: how to choose a mentor, the initial meeting, agreed upon mentorship format, length of mentorship, and more. Examples of mentorship experiences, and how those experiences elevate both personal and professional development, will be at the core of the presentation.
