Evening Schedule: 5:00 P.M. - Social beginning in the Lower Conference Center with appetizers designed and served by SMSU Culinology and Hospitality Management Program students. 5:15 Jazz Band and 5:45 PM Choral 6:00 P.M. - Upper Conference Center for remainder of event 6:30 P.M. - Program 7:00 P.M. - Meal 8:00 P.M. - Live Auction 9:00 P.M. - Silent Auction Closes then Social for remainder of event
