In June, the Minnesota Chamber will be hosting a series of meetings around the state designed to achieve a number of objectives:
To seek your input on the key policy and economic issues that are affecting your company and its Minnesota operations. Your feedback will become the basis for our legislative and business assistance strategy.
Provide a brief overview of the highlights of the 2010 session, and what the results mean for your business.
To begin a discussion on public-sector service redesign and spending reform with business leaders like you. Topics will include public employee benefits and pensions, shared services, competitive sourcing, and the role of the business community in leading redesign and reform initiatives.
As a member, you play a critical role in setting the priorities and strategies for the Minnesota Chamber. I hope you or one of your associates can join us at the meeting on June 28th at the YMCA.
