Learn how to recognize situations that have the potential to escalate, and how to de-escalate problems once they've occured
You will hear about topics ranging from substance abuse, dementia, group homes and other topics that pertain to the Marshall Area Business Owners
You'll have the opportunity to hear from 3 professionals, and ask questions that relate to you and situations you may find yourself in.
