Evening Home Stretch workshop in Marshall on Nov. 15 & 17

Greetings from SW Minnesota Housing Partnership, of Slayton. We are a non-profit organization who provides homebuyer education workshops throughout the area. As the Homeownership Educator, I am looking for potential homebuyers who may want to purchase a home within a year or two. The information in the Home Stretch workshop includes: budgeting, credit, home buying potential, looking for a home, finding a lender, closing on a home, and home maintenance.

Home Stretch will be held in your area in Marshall on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, November 15 and 17^th. The workshop begins at 5:30 and will be at the Marshall Municipal Utilities Building. The price is $30, the cost of materials. Pre-registration is required and can be completed online. Visit us at swmhp.org.
