Avera is currently seeking an Optometrist looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

The Optometrist is accountable for serving as a primary health provider who will diagnose and treat conditions and diseases of the human eye.

 Education and/or Experience

• Graduate from a four year optometry school required.

Certification, Licensure, and/or Registrations

• Required upon hire
  • Minnesota Optometry license
• Required within six months of hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks
