HVAC Service Manager
Are you an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service? We are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department, support technicians, and ensure exceptional service for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
- Provide technical support and coaching to field personnel.
- Monitor service performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience, including supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification and applicable licenses preferred.
