Are you an experienced HVAC professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service? We are seeking a motivated HVAC Service Manager to lead our service department, support technicians, and ensure exceptional service for our customers.
Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the HVAC service department.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently.
• Provide technical support and coaching to field personnel.
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• EPA certification and applicable licenses preferred.
