HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. If you have strong analytical skills, construction knowledge, and experience preparing accurate project estimates, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and/or residential HVAC projects
- Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Prepare and submit bid proposals
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and customers
- Maintain estimating databases and pricing information
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC estimating, mechanical contracting, or related construction field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong math, analytical, and computer skills
- Experience with estimating software is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
