Duties

• Show up on time and be reliable.
• Warmly greet customers and thoughtfully assess their needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, creating a memorable experience.
• Process transactions efficiently using a modern POS system while handling returns and special orders with care.
• Maintain an impeccably organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring product displays shine.
• Proactively utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales.
• Offer mentorship to less experienced staff members, supporting a strong, collaborative sales environment.
• Help merchandise new product displays, always keeping customer experience top of mind.
• Answer customer calls and inquiries professionally, creating a seamless and positive customer journey.

Skills

• Proven retail sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong proficiency with POS systems and technology.
• Confident product knowledge and ability to deliver dynamic product demonstrations.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
• Skilled in inventory organization and maintaining attractive displays.
• Talented in upselling while maintaining exceptional customer care.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and encourage teammates.
• Must be reliable
