ADC-T / LADC - Marshall

As an LADC at Project Turnabout, you will work closely with patients to provide individualized treatment plans and counseling sessions. You will be responsible for guiding patients through the treatment process and setting up aftercare that is best suited for their needs. We are looking for a counselor who is inspired by putting patients first, energetic and invested in the patient's recovery. You will help drive a culture change that is centered around providing hope and healing with a patient first mentality.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide counseling and support to patients throughout the recovery process

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care

• Help develop and implement aftercare plans for patients to ensure ongoing support

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of our patient care services

 

Qualifications:

• Must have a current Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy License or temporary permit issued by the state of Minnesota, or qualified to acquire one.

• Experience, and willing to learn addiction treatment and counseling

• Strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches to patient care
