Seasonal Truck Driver

Ag Plus Cooperative has exciting opportunites in our agronomy department. We are looking for Class A Truck Drivers at our Canby and Ghent, MN locations.These are seasonal positions with great opportunity for substantial overtime. The primary responsibility of this position is to operate trucks and deliver fertilizer and chemicals.

DUTIES
  • Deliver products to application equipment
  • Assist with maintenance on trucks as needed
  • Keep trucks clean and ready for use
  • Follow Ag Plus Cooperative safety and handbook policies as they may apply

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 21 years of age 
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug test
  • Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant
  • Occasionally exposed to: extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.), noisy conditions, working conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards requiring utilization of appropriate safety measures
  • May be required to work at varying heights
  • Lifting up to 50lbs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to acquire hazmat endorsements
  • Truck driving experience
  • General knowledge of Ag industries
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • $27-$34 per hour based on experience
