Join SMSU Culinology students to learn the basics of induction cooking!
Induction cooking is energy and time efficient. It’s safer than gas or standard electric stoves, and it allows for quick temperature changes. Learn how induction cooking works, what equipment you need, and how easy it is to use! This will be a live demonstration.
Portable induction stovetops are available to check out from the Marshall Library thanks to a grant from the Sustainable Resources Center.
