I have worked for the Animal Health Center since we first opened in 2000 and on January 1, 2020, I purchased the business from Dr. Mike Healy. I started work here as a part time employee helping with what ever was needed - freight, sales, cleaning, etc. I've worked every job there is in the store, eventually working up to managing the business, so it was a natural fit for me to make the purchase. Since then, we have added a pet boarding facility, two indoor daycare rooms, and remodeled the store inside and out.
I live near Milroy with my husband and our two dogs, Annie & Millie. We crop farm, raise cattle, hogs, do construction, and volunteer for numerous organizations. We have 4 children all married and currently have 10 grandchildren that we love to spoil. When I'm not at work, I enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family.
