Accounting Clerk

Accounting Clerk Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for entering store daily summaries and customer count
  • Sort coupons and mail redemption forms to appropriate vendors
  • Assist with establishing in-house charge accounts & sending monthly account receivable statements
  • Enter and scan sales tax exemption certificates and enter daily bank deposits for retail locations and prepare store transfers

Accounting Clerk Key Requirements: 

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • Must possess basic accounting knowledge
  • Must be able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment
