\nRyan Theros\; Ice Dog Coach:
\n\nTheros becomes the 5th \;Head Coach in program history. Previously coaching in Texas as Associate Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel for the Lone Star Brahmas in the NAHL. There he was a key person in the building of the team from start to finish. Theros spent a lot of extra time in developing the players throughout the season to continue to better their craft physically and mentally along the way. The Brahmas finished with a record of 42-9-1 good for 1st place in the NAHL along with 15 Division 1 commitments.

\n\nDakota Bell\; Ice dog Associate Coach \;
\n\n \;Bell joined the Ice Dogs as an assistant coach in July 2022. Making this his third \;season with the Ice Dogs. After year two with the Dogs Dakota has been promoted to Associate Head Coach. He earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership from New England College in 2022 and a Bachelor of Science in Education From Bowling Green University in 2019.

\n\nCassi Weiss\; Director of Visit Marshall \;
\n\nCassi has called Marshall Home since 2011\, when she attended SMSU\, Majoring in Hospitality Management. \; She started as Director of Visit Marshall in 2020 and has loved every minute of it! In her "\;Spare"\; time she coach High School Girls Hockey. \; \;
