SUMMARY:Women's Connect: January - Anne Johnson
DESCRIPTION:Join the Marshall Area Chamber Women's Connect group on Thursday\, January 13th to hear from the Redwood Falls Chamber and Tourism President\n\n\n\nAnne Johnson:\n\n"You Are the Author of Your Own Story"\n\nLearn how to plant routes in your community\, network with those around you\, and be a lifelong learner and leader!\n\n\n\n\n\n \nAnne Johnson has lived in Redwood Falls for almost 30 years. As Executive Director of Redwood Area Chamber & Tourism\, Anne's love of her community and her enthusiastic promotion of it have become a few of the things she's known for. Prior to the Chamber World\, she began her career life as a 10th grade English teacher\, and then was a stay at home Mom for almost 14 years. Anne considers herself a student of leadership\, and has been very active in many local and state boards and organizations over the years\, served as President of the Minnesota Women of Today\, she is a Blandin Community Leadership Program graduate\, and currently is an appointed member of the SW MN Workforce Development Board. In her spare time\, Anne lives to lovingly embarrass\, yet unconditionally support\, her two adult daughters and 16 year old son\, loves to listen to audiobooks and podcasts (oh\, the scandal of a former English teacher who doesn't read many 'real' hardcovers anymore) and enjoys Pinterest and shows like Bridgerton and Yellowstone waaaayyyy too much. Married almost 30 years this summer\, she's still in love with her high school sweetheart\, who is annually nominated for Sainthood.\n\n\n\n\n \nThank you to our 2021-2022 Women's Connect Sponsors\n\nHoffman & Brobst\, Schwan's and Southwest Initiative Foundation
