\nWe&rsquo\;ll kick things off with a few light examples to get ideas flowing\, and we&rsquo\;ll also set a few simple ground rules to make sure everyone has space to speak and be heard. Feel free to bring a favorite life tip\, book\, app\, or podcast recommendation to share\, we&rsquo\;ll compile them into a community list after the event.
