The event is chip-timed. \n\n\n\nNEW THIS YEAR--5K RACE ONLY! Registration for the 5K can be found as an option under the individual registration menu.\n\n \n\nAll Duathlon Individual and Relay participants will receive an Under Armour 1/4 zip\, long-sleeved tech shirt & medal. Relay teams of 2 or 3 participants are allowed as well\, to complete the challenge. All participants completing the bike portion of this event MUST WEAR A HELMET--NO EXCEPTIONS. \n\n\n\nParticipants in the 5K race only\, will receive a short sleeved Under Armour tech shirt.\n\n\n\nThe registration deadline for a guaranteed Under Armour shirt is Friday\, June 24th. Shirts are not guaranteed after that date\, and no additional shirts will be ordered. Shirt sizes are the responsibility of the registrant. No additional shirts will be ordered. \n\n \n\nIn addition\, we will be holding a kids fun run brought to you byMyKitchenEscapades.com\, the night before the Duathlon\, at the SMSU track. Children ages 14 and under can run in a 1 mile fun run\, and all participants will receive a medal and a tech tshirt. Kids race begins at 7PM on Friday\, July 22nd\, 2016.
