SUMMARY:June Women's Connect-Self Care
DESCRIPTION:Sabrina Ulrich Counseling LLC\n\nManaging stress\, finding inner peace and calm during pandemic and every day. \n\n\n\nEveryday life can feel stressful enough without the added stress of a pandemic. It is understandable and completely normal if our stress is even higher right now. We have experienced a lot of change...change in work status\, loss of physical connection with family and friends\, possible changes in family dynamics\, and let's not forget our new coworkers if we work from home or that we just got done with distance learning! Everyone has been impacted during this pandemic and with changing times come changing needs. I will share ideas to help cope with stress\, increase inner peace and calm\, and increase mental and emotional well-being. \n\n \n\nI am passionate about helping people in their journey to overcome life challenges and stressors and to help them work through problem areas in their lives. I specialize in therapy for children and teens experiencing social\, emotional\, or behavioral issues. I provide counseling for women who are struggling with relationships\, stress\, and other life difficulties while looking for more balance in life. I guide people in addressing patterns that keep them from feeling good. My areas of focus include anxiety\, depression\, life changes\, stress management\, grief and loss\, self-esteem\, parenting concerns\, blended families\, emotional dysregulation\, and school issues. I provide a safe space for people to develop a fresh perspective along with effective coping skills\, solutions\, and strategies for living healthier and happier. My goal is to provide a safe space for people to explore where they are emotionally\, where they want to be\, and help guide them to reach their goals. \n\n \n\nI am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in private practice in Marshall\, MN. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University in St. Paul\, MN\, and my Bachelor's degree in social work from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall\, MN. I am affiliated with the National Association of Social Work and the Minnesota Board of Social Work. \n\n \n\nSabrina Ulrich\, MSW\, LICSW\n\n\n\nThanks to our sponsors\, The Escape Spa LLC & Schwan's Company!\n\n\n\nMarshall Chamber is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.\n\n \n\nTopic: Women's Connect\n\nTime: Jun 11\, 2020 11:00 AM Central Time (US and Canada)\n\n \n\nJoin Zoom Meeting\n\nhttps://us02web.zoom.us/j/83097534015?pwd=Vnh1MkVMTjhHVzlxejgwTDQ3RS9IUT09\n\n \n\nMeeting ID: 830 9753 4015\n\nPassword: CONNECT\n\nOne tap mobile\n\n+13017158592\,\,83097534015#\,\,1#\,592851# US (Germantown)\n\n+13126266799\,\,83097534015#\,\,1#\,592851# US (Chicago)\n\n \n\nDial by your location\n\n +1 301 715 8592 US (Germantown)\n\n +1 312 626 6799 US (Chicago)\n\n +1 929 205 6099 US (New York)\n\n +1 253 215 8782 US (Tacoma)\n\n +1 346 248 7799 US (Houston)\n\n +1 669 900 6833 US (San Jose)\n\nMeeting ID: 830 9753 4015\n\nPassword: 592851\n\nFind your local number: https://us02web.zoom.us/u/kb7sIkerAW
