DESCRIPTION:The Lyon County Historical Society is planning a bus tour to sites in the Lyon County. Sites include: the Lyon County Poor Farm\, Island Lake\, O.C. Gregg farm\, Camden\, Burchard\, Amiret\, and Dudley.\n\n\n\nThis bus tour is a similar tour of one we hosted last September. We ran out of time to visit a few of the places\, so we are making sure to visit them this year.\n\n\n\nA few of the locations were once towns in the county and the other locations have significance in Lyon County's history.\n\n\n\nTickets are $35 each and will be available at the Lyon County Museum\, starting on September 8. Space on the charter bus is limited\, so get your tickets early!\n\n\n\nThe tour guide for the tour is Dr. C. Paul Martin
