Job Summary
- The RN – Nurse Supervisor is accountable for the day-to-day coordination of patient care and assists with directing and supervising activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience in a critical access hospital preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota required.
- Maintain current certification in CPR, ACLS, TNCC and/or CALS required.
